We’re crazy about design and our clients.

Inspired and encouraged by her long time clients, Jenny Vance launched Vance Hospitality Group in 2017 to focus on creating beautiful custom furniture for the hospitality industry. Headquartered in San Diego, the company and operates out of two factories in Tijuana, Mexico.

Vance Hospitality Group is a woman-owned business and currently in the process of receiving certification from WBC and the SBA.

  • Founder/CEO

With more than 25 years of furniture manufacturing experience, Jenny Vance brings her love of design and bench-made craftsmanship to each and every project. Jenny lives in San Diego with her daughter Charlotte, their two Pugs, one Rottweiler and tortoises. When not creating beautiful custom furniture, Jenny enjoys a good DIY project or pretends to work on watercolor pet portraits in her studio.

  • Project Manager

Lauren is the direct liaison between design, purchasing, and the manufacturing process. Her attention to detail keeps projects on time and the factory on task.  Lauren, her amazing husband Ian and Chief Cuteness Officer Samuel live in the fun and funky North Park neighborhood. An avid and accomplished baker, she has been known to whip up a batch of cookies on short notice, improving not only morale but also project ship dates.

  • Production Manager

Long-time quality control manager, Robert overseas the day-to-day factory needs in Tijuana. His incredible skill and can-do attitude make him an integral part of the Vance team. When Robert isn’t training for his next marathon, he is rooting for his favorite team, The Dodgers.

  • Cheerleader

Full-time student, cheerleader and owner of Ruby and Me Dog Beds. Years spent at trade shows and on factory floors alongside her mom have honed her style and eye for quality, and when Charlotte isn’t keeping the Vance team in check, she’s busy with school and a nationally-competitive cheerleading team.

  • Support, Love

Full-time staff companions Gloria and Roxy (Pugs), Sadie (Rottweiler), and Johnny Cash (Tortoise) are the glue holding VHG together. Some clients know them in their official capacity as COM stewards, finish sample coordinators, and quality control managers, but their work behind the scenes often goes unrecognized: napping, snacking, and vocalizing their POV during teams calls. They remind the team to stay focused and work hard, ensuring that we can continue to live our best lives in beautiful San Diego.
